Backlash Guide Services is run by Captain Sam Lucarelli out of Chatham, MA. Captain Sam has been a commercial fisherman running a lobster business out of Cape Cod since 1997. Sam began guiding duck hunts in 2009 sharing both his waterfowl and fishing passion with his son Max. In 2022 Sam passed his lobstering business off to his son Max to focus on starting a sport fishing charter business, Backlash Guide Services. Sam is running two boats out of the Chatham Municipal Fish Pier, a 32 Regulator Purgatory and a 23 Hanson Backlash. Backlash Guide Services offers both inshore and offshore trips targeting species like Bluefin Tuna, Striped Bass, Bluefish, Fluke, False Albacore and more.
